Welcome to Wrexham is definitely not the kind of show we would normally ever cover on The Periodic Table, lets get that out front now. But in much the same way Ted Lasso was also not the kind of thing we thought we would ever get invested in, (and then gave it perfect scores!) Wrexham slides in behind the goal posts of our hearts, and scores a ripper goal from the square, and nobody is offside with it at all!
The team on the field tonight was essentially a striker and a Goalie, but hot damn, Jill and QUinny kicked some reviewing goals with this one! And the help of the chat, i’m pretty sure we won the night!
Synopsis
Docuseries chronicling the purchase and stewardship of Wrexham AFC, one of professional football’s oldest clubs, by two Hollywood actors, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.
